Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

We offer delivery all across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Major cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volume.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free or charged depending on the product

  • Any shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan. Customers are required to pay the full amount at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation call or message. Orders will be processed only after confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

Failed Delivery

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again.

If the order is not received after multiple attempts, it may be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
